THUN – RAPID WIEN: PREDICTIONS

Thun  have not had the best of starts in Switzerland Premier League and 6^th of 10 with 2 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats. In Europe though they have been in fine form, winning 5 of their 6 games. Eliminating Partizan Belgrade in the last round was an excellent result indeed. Also dispatched have been Hacken of Sweden and Chikura of Georgia. Midfielder Luca Zuffi has been deadly in the Europe League with 3 from his 4 games while Venezuelan striker Josef Martinez leads the domestic scoring charts in Switzerland.

Rapid Wien are in a fight for second place in Austria Bundesliga as no side in the league has the capability to match RB Salzburg.  Rapid showed they can match the might of Red Bull over 90 minutes with a battling 1-1 draw recently. The problem is keeping up with their relentless pace which no one will be able to do. Rapid sit 4^th with 3 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats. In Europe so far they have had 3 wins and 1 draw and have knocked out Asteras Tripolis of Greece and Dila of Georgia. Twin strikers Terrence Boyd and Guido Burgstalller have bagged 9 between them in just 8 games in the league and are the main dangers.
