Spurs have an immense squad of quality so a few players will get a run out who don’t feature as much. The likes of Defoe, Friedal, Chiriches, Lennon and Lamela. All quality players and all would walk into the Anzhi side. Spurs have won 4 and drawn 1 of their 5 games. Anzhi are not the team that started life in Russia among the favourites. The chairman for whatever reasons decided to call it a day with big money signings and sold all the incoming players. Anzhi are still to win a game in Russia after 19 attempts which is some record. In Europe they have managed to scrape through the group stage but they have not needed much as Tromso and Sheriff were even worse.
