Gary Linekar once famously said “Football is 22 people running around a pitch and then Germany win” this has been certainly true in recent years. The Germans keep producing dynamic, attack minded players while England keep on churning out dependable, fast and strong players. Germany won their own group with 7 wins, 1 draw and 2 defeats. Surprisingly losing to both Ireland and Poland. In recent matches Germany have won 4 to go with losses to Ireland and France in a friendly. They are without Boateng, Gundogen and Howedes for this one. England don’t have Rooney or Hart for this one and Sterling is likely to miss out too. England won all 10 games in the qualifying with 31 scored and just 2 conceded. They did have a pretty straight forward group with just Switzerland any real challenge. Recent friendly action has seen a win over France but a loss to Spain, plus draws with Italy and Ireland.
These games are not as competitive as you would think. Neither side really over commits themselves and we generally get a rash of changes at half time and during the 2nd half. The 1st half will be for me an indicator of both sides. I take Germany win half time at 6-5 or 2.20 10bet.
Bet Germany to be winning at Half time at 2.20 or 6-5 10bet.
