HUNGARY – CZECH REPUBLIC : PREDICTIONS

International friendlies continue with an interesting tie in Budapest, Hungary v Czech Republic at Ferenc Puskas Stadium.

Hungary have had a real turnaround of fortunes over the last 12months.  They are in 2^nd position in their World Cup qualifying group, ahead of teams such as Turkey and Romania. Over the last 12 months they have played 13 matches with 6 wins, 5 draws and 2 defeats.   This Hungary side are getting stronger and stronger but they do not contain many standout players, they are a decent rounded side. Top scorer in recent games is midfielder Balázs Dzsudzsák with four goals. Hungary  are ranked by FIFA at 31 with 749 points.

Czech Republic  are in a good position in their tough World Cup qualifying tournament. In a group with Italy, Bulgaria and Denmark the Czechs are only 1 points off 2nd. A really close game this one between two decent sides. Hungary are much improved and Czech Republic are at a high level already. In this game there has been a slight move on the away side who are now slight favourites. However I take the home side Hungary here to shade it, I prefer to go with Hungary Asian Handicap of 0 at 2.00 with bet365 . Its so close but I would still have Hungary favourites.
