PORTUGAL V ECUADOR PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Portugal will find it tough to top their qualifying group after finding themselves in 3^rd position with 7 points from 4 matches.  They are 5 points behind leaders Russia who defeated the 1-0 at home but Portugal still get to face them in the return match and there are plenty of other games remaining to make up the gap.

Ecuador has had a very strong qualifying campaign so far and are 2^nd in their group with 17 points from 9 matches.  With 4 teams automatically progressing they are in a great position and hold a 5 point lead over 5^th place Uruguay. 

PORTUGAL V ECUADOR PREDICTIONS: 1X2 BETTING PREVIEW

Despite Ecuador’s excellent form in the South American qualifiers the market has them as very large outsiders here.  It is often difficult for South American teams with a lot of domestic based players to travel to Europe for one off games like this and often some players are left at home.

Portugal should be too strong here and are odds on favourites.  This is one to stick in your accumulator to up the odds somewhat!
