Ireland host Switzerland at Aviva Stadium in Dublin in this friendly international. Ireland have made the Euro 2016 in the playoffs. They beat Bosnia over 2 legs in the playoffs after finishing 3^rd behind Poland and Germany in the group. Ireland do not have any world class players but have a collection of honest Premier League players who can battle away.  Ireland are in great form though with just 1 loss in last 10 matches. They have won 5 drew 4 and lost 1. Beating Germany 1-0 was the highlight. Shay Given and Adam Rooney are not available.  Switzerland qualified behind England with a good run against the other sides. They are winning 9 of the last 13 games with 2 draws and 2 defeats. Josip Drmic has been ruled out for the season which is a big blow. Gohkan Inler has been left out of the squad through lack of game time for his club.
