SCOTLAND – USA: BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS
After a few years of struggle the Scots look to be back on the right track. With a great manager in Gordon Strachan and some top level players they had a strong finish to qualifying. Finishing 4th in a tough group containing Croatia, Serbia and Belgium is no shame. Results have improved with Scots winning four and losing four with victories over Croatia (twice) included. USA topped the CONCACAF qualifying after a strong group showing. USA are in top form, with 9 wins from the last 10 matches. Scoring 21 and conceding 8 –Jurgen Klinnsmann is a shrewd tactician too. USA like to play all over the world in friendlies so no problem coming to Scotland. For USA Landon Donovan is left behind and is a big loss. Also players from Kansas and Salt Lake were unavailable for selection. For Scotland it’s the same squad as last few games with the addition of key striker Steven Fletcher.
If you want to play safe against the outright win on USA a draw no bet is the best option. I don’t see USA losing at all here but the DNB is a fair alternative with a bit of safety.
