Turkey v Slovenia predictions and betting tips

Turkey let us down against Latvia. The side was doing just fine but let a poor Latvian side escape with a 3-3 draw. They ended up not fielding a lot of stars, and being very generous in defense. Both the game against Latvia and this one takes place on German soil. Obviously, Turkey has a large following there so it should pretty much be like a home game. For this game a few of the stars are set to start, so I do expect them to fare better than against Latvia. 

Slovenia is expected to drill defense in this game as they have leaked goals lately. Letting in eight goals in three games at international level is not going to cut it!

I'd say Turkey has lots of ability, but with only 2 wins in their last 10 they have a long way to go still before form is tuned in. Slovenia is definitely a better side than Latvia so betting the home win at around 4/5-9/10 (1.80 - 1.90) doesn't seem attractive. To be a bit blunt: Turkey has been sh*t lately.

I'm going with Slovenia +0.5. Turkey is in experimental mode, and Slovenia will work the defensive parts of their game. Up front they got Matavz of PSV to do the goalscoring business too. I think Slovenia is underestimated greatly!
