ALGERIA v RUSSIA: GAMES SO FAR
Algeria have had an excellent game and a half so far. In the 1st game they more than matched Belgium in the 1st half and part of the 2nd. Only going down to a late game double. They did deserve something in that match. Second match was crazy, winning 4-2 against South Korea in a cracker. They were full of pace and attacking intent but did look very open defensively. Russia on the other hand have been typical Capello. Organised and dull and lacking a spark. Two poor games and in truth they barely deserve 1 point. They were 2nd best to an average Korean side and were very poor in the 1-0 loss to Belgium.
MATCH ANALYSIS
The odds on the game are immense value on Algeria. Russia have don’t absolutely nothing in two matches to justify such big favouritsm. Algeria have shown guile, finesse and no little attacking quality. It’s a real play off game here and we could see fireworks. Russia have no option but to attack themselves and a win for them will take them through unless Korean hammer Belgium.
BETTING TIPS 1X2
Algeria will be patient here and I don’t see the urgency in attacking we seen in the last game. I see a more tactical approach from them as they allow the Russians to come at them. Russia have been dismal again and the odds on Algeria are very appealing indeed.
