Australia has impressed this World Cup with high their high energy game and extreme dedication. They were within reach of points both against Chile and Netherlands but come full time it was not to be. The defense is clearly not ready for the big stage as they let in three goals in both the mentioned world cup matches so far. Here they will have to do without their leading light Tim Cahill (MF) who is suspended. Fullback Ivan Franjic who played well against Chile is out. Mark Bresciano (MF) and Mark Milligan (MF) will be given late fitness tests. At least Bresciano is a definite starter.

Spain is the biggest disappointment in the World Cup so far. The reigning champions lost to both Holland and Chile. Even worse, they were outplayed for long periods of those world cup matches. Pundits have claimed the Spanish tiki taka style has been found out. Looks like they are right! To make matters worse, there has reportedly been multiple bust ups among the Spanish players following the poor performances. De Gea (Goalie) is still a doubt. Pique (CB) might not play either.
