For me Costa Rica are way out of their depth in this finals tournament. They have no hope of qualifying and for me simply keeping somebody to a draw is their best hope. They play a defensive line of seven me (5 back and 2 holding midfielders) this does allow them to counter attack but here I don’t see them scoring. Uruguay are quite solid at the back and I take them to be ultra conservative themselves here. Knowing a win is crucial they will not press at all. Maxiumum is a 2-0 home win for me with the 1-0 looking a very good bet.
The odds have stayed around the same price for Uruguay to win the game when we 1st tipped them up and we can get 2.10 for Uruguay win to nil which looks a cracking price.
