COSTA RICA V U.S.A : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

Costa Rica host the U.S.A. in a battle of the top two. Costa Rica are unbeaten in four all with clean sheets since defeat in the States, winning three times at home and a good away draw in Mexico. A recent 4-0 friendly win in the Dominican Republic keeps confidence high. Costa Rica have a great record at home in this fixture winning eight of the eleven meetings, losing just the once. The latest occasion was a 3-1 win in the 2009 qualifiers for South Africa. Bryan Ruiz who plays in England for Fulham is captain of the side, while Joel Campbell is a young striker to watch.

U.S.A. have bounced back from an opening match loss in Honduras to notch four wins and an away draw in Mexico. The summer saw a CONCACAF gold cup win for the States where they won all six matches played including a 1-0 verdict over Costa Rica. A 4-3 away friendly win in Bosnia mean the U.S.A go into this game winning their last twelve matches played.
