Germany - Austria is big brother vs little brother. The Germans have now won eight times in a row, the last one being in the reverse fixture in Vienna (2-1). Again Germany is a massive favorite, rightly so. Austria has however racked up 11 points so far this qualification and played some good matches. On their day they can surprise any team with their modern dynamic and quite efficient football.

Germany will miss Mario Gotze, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Lukas Podolski and Ilkay Gundogan. In-form Sidney Sam and Max Kruse gets a chance to shine. The Austrians should have no selection worries here.
