ICELAND v CROATIA: 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS
Iceland have been the real surprise in this qualification period. Finishing 2nd in Group E above established teams such as Slovenia and Norway. With an overall record of 5 wins, 2 draws and 3 defeats. Form over the year has been very good with 5 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats. Croatia had a very defficult group featuring a host of capable sides. In the end they finished 2nd behind a quality Belgium side. Their record is exactly the same as Iceland, 5 wins, 2 draws and 3 defeats. Croatia’s form in 2012 is similar too with 5 wins, 1 draw and 4 defeats.
Really tough match this one to break down, both sides have attacking qualities for sure but question marks over both defences and Iceland’s keeper too. With it being a 2 legged game there is less urgency for Croatia to get a result here so they may be a little more conservative. Iceland are a decent outfit who have improved a lot over the last few years. I take the stalemate here with both sides nervously testing each other.
