Latvia v Slovakia predictions & betting tips
Neither side has anything to play for but honor in this World Cup Qualifier.Latvia will miss some of their better players here as Caunas (Attacking Midfielder), Visnakokovs (Attacking Midfielder) Rudnevs (Forward) and Gauracs (Forward) are all out. Slovakia will miss Martin Skrtl who was sent off after the final whistle against Greece. Left back Marek Cech is out. Attacking midfield genius Marek Hamsik and experienced striker Robert Vittek will sit out as well.
Slovakia is the best side of the two undoubtedly, but without motivation away from home, and a number of their better players out this is a tough ask even against a depleted Latvian side. Slovakia struggles to get something going for them in the final third anyways, so I much prefer Latvia +0.5 with Bet365 (Either on the Asian Handicap coupon or as Latvia and the draw on the double chance coupon) priced at 1.80 (4/5).
