 LUXEMBOURG V RUSSIA : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

Luxembourg (134) got their first win of the group with a 3-2 win over Northern Ireland at home, and were fully deserving of the win. Striker Joachim netting for the third game in a row,but he misses suspended for this game. They are now off the bottom of Group F but face a massive task against the Russians here.

Russia (602) are back on top of the group, with destiny in their own hands, and cant afford any slip ups in this. Their away record isn’t great though, with one win and two losses, including an embarrassing defeat in Northern Ireland. They are back on track after back to back home wins, 3-1 against Israel and previously 4-1 with Luxembourg. Kokorin grabbing three in those two games will look to add to his tally in this, although midfield star Alan Dzagoev is not in the squad due to injury and will be missed. Russia have won all nine meetings of the teams, four of which have come in Luxembourg, and cannot afford any other result here to take one step closer to next years finals in Brazil.
