Norway has several of the U21 players that impressed in Israel this summer in the squad. Joshua King scored against Cyprus, so one can argue that is working out for the Norwegians. Norway won comfortably 2-0! Looking at how the Swiss struggled to break down the Cypriot defense  both home and away that’s not a bad feat, even if Cyprus were weakened in defense on the night. With a win here Norway will just be one point behind the Swiss. As usual Norway will be very compact and extremely tough to break down.  The Norwegians played a really good game in Switzerland in the reverse fixture (1-1), they’ll be pretty confident they can something out of this game.

Switzerland looked comfortable winners against Iceland at 4-1, but they lost foucs and in the end it stood 4-4. That can probably be described as a terrible day in the office. Against Norway the Swiss coach will make sure their focus will be much better. With good players such as: Lichtsteiner (Juventus), Behrami, Inler, Dzemali (All Napoli) and Shaqiri (Bayern Munich) I definitely rate this Swiss side as a more skillful side than Norway. However, they often struggle to convert, and against an improved, hard working Norwegian side they’re dealt a very difficult hand. That said; They have a cushion of four points at the top of the table. If they draw here it won't be a disaster. Don't expect the swiss come out guns blazing! The Swiss still miss Djorou in the heart of the defense, but got good cover!

This should definitely be a quite even game. Probably it will be played like a one legged cagey cup Cup-game. Switzerland has slightly better players and can sort of play for the draw. Norway on the other hand has the positive momentum.  This should ensure more home support than what they enjoyed against Cyprus. Norway has a good team brewing, and I think there is some value to be had in Norway 2.70 (17/10) over at Bet365.
