WALES - SERBIA PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

Wales are on six points courtesy of home and away wins against Scotland. Friendly results this year have seen a home win against Austria and a 0-0 draw against Rep. of Ireland. The team has a few decent players with a much improved Aaron Ramsey the standout player behind the current worlds most expensive player Gareth Bale. The team predictably revolves around the Madrid man who has joined up with the squad but strangely never featured in the Macedonia 2-1 loss. It has been confirmed Bale will make the squad but again will not start.

Serbia gave a great account of themselves in the torrid derby against arch enemies Croatia. In a game were no quarter was spared and tackles were thrown in with an intensity rarely seen these days. A 1-1 was hard on Serbia who were the better side and only for a professional foul by Josep Siminuc that stopped a certain 1 on 1 they could have won the game. The Croatia game will cost midfielder Nemanja Matic a place in this match as he too got carried away with the occasion and was red carded. Serbia have not been on form in this qualifying and have only 3^rd place to play for. Striker Aleksandre Mitrovic looks a real talent and one of those forwards who always seems to be in the right place. Goals are certain for this striker and he is likely to be the spearhead for them for the next few years.

WALES - SERBIA: RUN OF PLAY

Just the one meeting in history for these two sides and it was the reverse fixture in Belgrade. Serbia totally destroyed Wales in a 6-1 destruction. A Gareth Bale wondergoal was the only highlight for Wales who were pummelled for the whole 90 minutes.

Whether Bale plays or not this is highly likely to be another one sided game. Serbia looked hungry and played with fire against Croatia and must carry this on and finish the group in 3^rd. Vital points are needed to ensure they don’t slip down the rankings and end up a lower seed in future tournament qualifying. I see the visitors having little trouble with Wales and 2.50 on Serbia (bet365) is a massive price and one of the bets of the day in World Cup Qualifying.
