Northern Ireland has not won in any of their 4 matches this year.  They have been soundly beaten 3-0 by Norway, 6-0 by Netherlands and 2-0 by Russia and have managed a solitary draw, 3-3 against Finland.

Luxembourg has lost 3 of their 4 games this season also, losing 2-0 to Malta, 2-1 to Georgia and 2-1 to Portugal.  They did manage a 2-1 Friendly win over Macedonia back in February.

Northern Ireland are strong favourites to get their first win in the Qualifiers at home to Luxembourg.  They are priced at 1.46 with Pinnacle with the draw at 4.45 and a Luxembourg win a large 9.0 with BetVictor.

Luxembourg put up an excellent performance on Friday night at home to Portugal who they took the lead against then held at 1-1 till into the second half.  They came out with a respectable 2-1 defeat which will give hem confidence against the smaller teams in Group F.
