BOLOGNA V MILAN : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

Bologna are winless after four matches, and following two encouraging draws they went down 2-1 at home to Torino in a poor display. A 47^th minute red card for defender Natali didn’t help matters, and also means he is missing here suspended along with midfielder Kone serving a one match ban, both key players.  Khrin and Cherubin are also doubtful with injury. Bologna haven’t beaten Milan in the last nine meetings in the league, and in the last eight match ups at home  Milan have won six of them.

Milan have just one win in their opening four in Serie A, and went down 2-1 to Napoli at the San Siro on Sunday. It was an eventful game for Balotelli who missed a penalty, hit the woodwork and scored a fine goal in the 90^th minute. He saw red though after the final whistle for arguing with the officials, and his suspension means he is out for three games. This is bad enough but given Milans long injury list it is a real problem.  Bonera, Di Sciglio, Silvestre, Pazzini, El Shaarawy, Montolivo and Kaka all still on the treatment table and likely to be out again here. Birsa and Matri  will step into the starting line up, and hope to help Milan keep up a great recent record in this fixture.
