Cagliari (4-9-7) must recover from back to back defeats, and no wins in five, which has left them just four points above the drop zone. Home form is decent (4-4-2), and the latest home 4-1 loss to Juventus was certainly a harsh scoreline. Milan are certainly no Juve, and Cagliari will be hopeful of deflating the Seedorf driven bubble. Milan (6-7-7) got the Seedorf reign off to a winning league start, but quickly fell to earth being dumped out of the cup in midweek. The new coach will have known before that what a big job he has to turn the club around, and with only one away league win all season, he will also know this is another tough match. Milan do have an excellent record here with just one defeat in fifteen, but have probably never visited in such a poor state before. Strikers Ibarbo (susp)and Nene(inj) are out for Cagliari, while El Shaarawy(str) is a definite miss for Milan, along with a string of doubtful starters.
