CATANIA V INTER: PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

Catania went down 2-1 away to Fiorentina on the opening day although they were not disgraced. Home form was key last year with twelve wins, and just three losses. They finished a place above Inter last term, and a top half finish should be this seasons target realistically. Defenders Capuano, Peruzzi and midfielder Freire are out injured.

Inter started off with a 2-0 home win over Genoa when a couple of late goals broke down the dogged resistance of the visitors who failed to have one shot on target. Quotes of 20/1 for the title indicate they are now some way off the pace as potential title winners, but there is no reason why they can’t enjoy a decent campaign nonetheless. Milito, Chivu, Samuel and Zanetti will all be out injured here while Kuzmanovic continues to attract English Premier League interest, though he may play.

Inter where one of the teams to win here last year coming from 2 down to win 3-2, and they also won the reverse fixture.  They have a good record here overall.
