In a comfortable mid table position, Genoa (9-8-10) could be better placed but for inconsistency. Points taken from top sides show how decent they are, but they have also slipped up in games you would expect them to win, hence their unremarkable position and points tally. Juventus (23-3-1) have a fourteen point lead at the top, and another Scudetto looks a formality now. In Europa action last, and this upcoming midweek against Fiorentina, just maybe this is a good time to be in with a chance against them. Juventus have not lost in the last nine meetings of the old foes, and have a very good record overall here. Genoa have midfielder Cofie suspended, and Gamberini, Antonini(def) and Kucka(mid) out injured, while Juventus miss Marchisio(def), Vucinic and Giovinco(str) with doubts for Tevez(str).

The draw at 4.333(10/3)Bet365 could just offer us a bit of value here on the betting front. Genoa are well capable of serving up a decent fight to the Old lady if on one of their going days, and Juventus may just have other things on their mind.
