Home form (5-5-1) still reads well, but a lack of goals is a real worry, with just three in their last seven. Sassuolo (4-5-13) have lost eight of their last nine, and are second bottom. All is not lost yet though as there are five clubs within three points of each other at the foot of the table. Their only win in that spell came at home to Milan, and they will hope to reap revenge on Inter for the early season thrashing, though it looks unlikely. Cambiasso and Alvarez(mid) are out injured for Inter, while Pedro Mendes(def) is suspended, Terranova, Gazzola(def), Magnanelli(mid) and Masucci(str) injured for Sassuolo. Acerbi(def) and Alexe(str) are also doubts for Sassuolo creating a long looking potential missing list.
