Fiorentina play host to Catania in what could be a cracking match with plenty of goals. Both teams have opened up with entertaining games and this could be another.

Fiorentina gave a good fightback perfomance on the opening day in a game with Udinese. at 1-0 down they came to life and played really well to score two late goals and take the points. They then travelled to Naples where a poor pitch seemed to hinder both sides.  Fiorentina did create plenty of chances in a game they were a match for the home side. They have injury concerns for the upcoming match with Aquilani and Della Rocca out for the rest of the month. The preferred 3-5-2 formation should still stand for the upcoming match. Catania have had two cracking opening games with a 3-2 home win over Genoa and a 2-2 away draw with Roma. Both games were fantastic end to end matches with bags of attacking intent. In the Genoa game Gonzalo Bergassio took the plaudits with a well taken brace and in the Roma match they more than matches their illustrious opponents at the Stadio Olimpico.  Catania will start with their favoured 4-3-3 and will use the same starting eleven for the third consecutive match in what should be an entertaining game.
