JUVENTUS V VERONA : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS
Juventus were frustrated by Copenhagen in the champions league in midweek drawing 1-1, with the Copenhagen keeper man of the match. In their defence of the Serie A title they have two wins, and last week drew 1-1 at Inter. They shaded the game but a draw was probably a fair result, and they will look to regain the winning way against new boys Verona here. Vidal netted against Inter and his goals from midfield are proving to be valuable to the team. Pepe and Caceres are still out injured. Juventus have won all of the five previous meetings of the teams played in Turin.
Verona have started well in Serie A, a dream home win over Milan the perfect start. A 2-0 win over fellow new boys Sassuolo last time means they have six points, and an away loss at Roma were they performed with credit in a 3-0 loss mean they have made a better start than many expected. Captain Maietta and regular midfielder Marthino are out injured as well as star striker Luca Toni, which is not good coming into a game like this.
JUVENTUS V VERONA: BETTING TIPS
After drawing the last two matches Juve will expect to get back to winning ways here and the bookies agree with odds on a home win at 1.17(1/6). These odds wont get us rich but a better betting prospect is Juventus Win to nil at 1.75(3/4) with Corals. These odds are worth taking as I expect a Juve win and with the injuries to Verona, especially Luca Toni, I cant see them scoring.
