LAZIO V ROMA : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS 1x2
Lazio (8-7-7) come into this big Rome derby clash in much better shape than the last meeting, with a five game unbeaten league run, and new coach Reja seemingly turning things around. The first meeting saw an unusually one sided 2-0 Roma win, but expect a much closer fought battle here, in front of a stadium with the majority Lazio fans. Roma(15-5-1) continue to impress, with six consecutive wins, including a midweek cup win putting them in pole position for a final place. Clear in second spot in Serie A, they will be doing all they can to complete the league double over the old city enemy. Lazio have Biglia(mid) suspended, and Ederson(mid) injured. Roma do without Dodo and Balzaretti(def) to injury.
A game to savour, and the betting value lies in the draw at 3.40(12/5)Bet365. Lazio will want to erase the memory of their tame surrender the last time the two sides met. In much improved form now, they will certainly be able to compete better this time, but I don’t see them getting the win over a very strong Roma side.
