Stromsgodset v Aalesund predictions
The Norwegian Tippeliga is perhaps not among the strongest leagues in Europe. Stromsgodset though is in my opinion a very good side. The core of the team has played together now for some time, and they have excelled plentiful under their coach (Deila). 8 wins in 11 is solid stuff from the Drammen based side, and more interestingly, they have won three on the trot with 2 or more goals. At home their last three games as well has been victories where they have ended up 2 or more against the opposition. Jørgen Horn will sit this one out for Godset.
Aalesund started the season really well, but have had some injury problems, and a bag of mixed results lately. They lost this fixture 4-0 last season, and nothing does really indicate they're going to do much better this season as they have lost three away games in a row, two with 2+ goals.
Betting tips
You can of course go for Stømsgodset at 1.45 (9/20) at the 1X2, but I think the real interesting bet is Strømsgodset -1.5 priced at 2.25 (5/4) with BET365. No matter how much Aalesund tries to shore up their defense they'll have Godset players running at them and dominating the action on the pitch. I can't see that ending well. Bet of the day for me!
