CELTIC v INVERNESS: DOUBLE RESULT BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

This game is another meaningless one in the Scotland Premiership. Celtic bagged the title by simply turning up for the 1^st game. They have a 24 point lead at the top of the ‘Championship phase’ Home form for Celtic shows 13 wins and 3 draws from 16 games with 36 goals scored and 7 conceded. Last 7 games have brought 5 wins and 2 draws with 22 scored and 5 conceded. Charlie Mulgrew and Adam Matthews are back for Celtic with Mikeal Lustig available too. Nir Biton,James Forrest and Derk Boerrigter will miss out. Inverness had a strong start to the season but could not keep it up and have gradually fallen down the table. They occupy  5^th with 52 points, but were gunning for 2^nd at one stage. Away form for Caley is great though with 8 wins, 3 draws and 6 losses.  Recent form shows 2 wins, 1 draw and 3 losses. Two key men out for them too with David Raven and Richie Foran  missing, Greame Shinne returns to the side though.

Match odds are inflated slightly on Celtic here with the perception that the effort levels have dropped. We are only into game 2 of the 2^nd phase of Scotland Premiership but the title has been decided and the phase is meaningless. However at Celtic Park the full house crowd will demand to be entertained and I don’t see a repeat of last weeks 3-3 away draw with Motherwell. I take Celtic to dominate this fixture and double result looks good. Celtic have led in 10 of the 16 fixtures at Celtic Park at half time so far and I take them to do it again.
