ALMERIA v SANTANDER : 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS
Almeria had a good start to life in the Primera Liga but of late they have been sucked back into a relegation battle. Results have been a bit up and down and they now sit in 16th. A 6-1 hammering in Bilbao by Athletic at the weekend a big hit to the goal difference. Almeria have 5 wins, 4 draws and 10 losses in their return to the top tier. Santander of Spain Segunda B (third level of Spanish football) do top their section with just 2 defeats in 20 games (10 wins and 8 draws) and look a side worthy of Segunda for sure. They managed a 1-1 at home in 1st leg but should struggle to get the win or high scoring draw they need.
Racing have to score as they need at least a win or a draw with 1-1 being the minimum. In truth they are a level below Almeria and the Primera Division side have it all in their own hands to make a quarter final appearance. I take the home win here in what looks good odds.
