Almeria go into this game after another remarkable win. After a recent 2-0 over league leaders Atletico Madrid they went on a five game winless streak that saw them drop down the table. Going into the Monday night game with Champions League chasing Sociedad not many gave them any hope. In a ding dong battle they finally won through taking a 4-3 win. That takes them upto 29 points and 2 clear of the drop zone. Defender Dubarbier will sit this one out. Valencia go into the game on a high of their own as their season has improved in the 2^nd half. They are in last 8 of Europa League and are in 8^th with 39 points. Away form shows 3 wins, 3 draws and 8 losses. Recently thay have mixed form with 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses. Out for Los Che are Feghouli, Costa and Piatti.

Despite the Monday night win Almeria are on the drift and I am too siding with Valencia. The extra days recovery will hand Valencia an advantage but I think the 4-3 over Sociedad was one of those freak results like the 2-0 over Atletico. Almeria do have the odd game in them but they follow up with 4 or 5 losses. I take Valencia to take the win here.
