ATHLETIC BILBAO – VALENCIA: PREDICTIONS

Athletic Bilbao as per usual are rock solid at home but decidedly average on their travels. The new San Memes has seen three wins from three but on the road they have only managed  1 win with 3 losses. They sit in 5^th position but already there is a gap between the top 4 and them.  Enrique Sola and Ibai Perez are out while big doubts over Oruisiguesti and Zubeldia.

Valencia have had a really busy week but continue to impress. The wakeup call of a 3-0 home defeat by Swansea in Europa League seems to have been the turning point. Since then Valencia have won all four games and surged up the table. Beating Krasnodar in Russia with a commanding performance even with a rake of injuries and suspensions. Adil Rami returns and should slot straight back into the side. Keeper Carreira and defender Perreira remain sidelined while

ATHLETIC BILBAO – VALENCIA: BETTING TIPS

Tough game this one, Valencia in supreme form but Bilbao at home are rock solid. The whole Basque thing seems to really fire them up at home and not many teams will leave here with a result. I am taking Athletic Bilbao to carry on their brilliant home form with a win here.
