Osasuna have had a terrible start to the season and find themselves rooted to the bottom of la liga.  They have lost all 3 of their games so far, 2-0 away at Deportivo, 2-1 at home to Barcelona and 2-0 away at Celta Vigo.  The performances in these games have not all been bad, especially the Barcelona home match where they at least deserved a draw and were the better team for the majority of the match.  They will be hoping a return home will improve their results this week.

Mallorca remains unbeaten in the league this year and sit a lofty 2^nd in the table.  They have won both their home games so far, against Espanyol and Sociedad and drew 1-1 away at Malaga.  They will be hoping to keep this good run going as long as possible before the difficult games against the top teams come around.
