Seville has had a strong start in la liga this season and are unbeaten after 3 games.  They won their opening game at home to Getafe 2-1 then have followed it up with back to back away draws.  First 1-1 at Granada then 0-0 at Rayo Vallecano.

Real Madrid has had a horrible start to the defence of their title, gaining only 4 points from their first 3 games.  They started with a relatively tough game at home to Valencia, but one that they would be expected to win, and could only draw 1-1.  Then the shock of the season so far saw them lose 2-1 away at Getafe, leaving them 5 points behind their rivals Barcelona after only 2 games.  They comfortably won 3-0 at home to Granada in their last game and more of the same will be expected from now on.
