LEVANTE V REAL SOCIEDAD PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

Levante have had a tough opening period, in three games so far though they have 4 points which is not bad considering opening day they were trounced 7-0 by a rampant Barcelona. The 2^nd game was a battling 0-0 home draw with Sevilla, a deserved result for both sides. Last match out Levante were clear second best to Rayo Vallecano but ended up with all three points after some valiant and at times desperate defending. With almost an entire new squad it will take time for Levante but early signs are encouraging. New signing striker Baba Diawara should make at least the bench for his new side. Midfielders Ruben Garcia and Nabil El Zhar are both injured.

Real Sociedad are already finding that life in Europe and at home is very hard to combine. A Champions League place was fully deserved but already domestic results have suffered. Sociedad sit level with today’s rivals Levante and considering the disparity in quality between the two sides it shows you how difficult it is for a small team to do both. Sociedad are not helped by a large injury room which has only just cleared. Only Diego Ifran remains,cleared to play are Jose Angel, Imanol Agirretxe and Mikel Gonzalez.

Real Sociedad must try and deal with La Liga and Champions League, they have been reprieved somewhat with a few key men available for selection. Levante have not really impressed much but do have a battling side.  I think Sociedad will have too much for Levante though, the Basque side can beat any side in the league on their day.
