REAL VALLADOLID V ATHLETIC BILBAO PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Real Valladolid are 10^th in la liga with 28 points after 21 matches.  They have been in mixed form lately with 2 wins and 3 defeats in their last 5 matches but have won 2 in a row at home.  

Bilbao are 13^th in the table with 25 points from 21 matches which puts them well clear of the relegation zone now, 7 points ahead of 18^th placed Osasuna.  They are coming off an excellent 3-0 win over Atletico Madrid where they played some of their best football of the season.

Valladolid are missing Patrick Ebert and Victor Perez for this one, both were first team starters before their injuries so will be missed.  Bilbao meanwhile are just missing long term injuries Inigo Perez and Inigo Ruiz, they have both been missing for many months so the team is used to playing without them.

I think the odds on a home win here are excellent.  Bilbao will be full of confidence from their win last week but it’s a big change travelling away from home and they have not been consistent all season.
