Rayo Vallecano sit in 18^th of La Liga after a disappointing season. They have a poor overall record of 6 wins, 12 draw and 13 defeats. Recent form shows 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses and they have been unbeaten in 9 at Estadio Municipal José Zorrilla including an astounding 1-0 win at home to Barcelona. Clean bill of health for the home side. Valencia go into this game on a bit of a low after a trouncing in the Europa League in a match they were expected to win. A 3-0 loss in Basel was unexpected and leaves them with very little to play for. Overall they sit it  8^th with 40 points and are actually just 10 above the hosts. Away form is poor with 3 wins, 4 draws and 8 losses. They have won 2 drawn 1 and lost 4 in recent games. Missing for them here will be Senderos, Alves, Ruis, Costa and Mathieu.

I always look to get against Valencia this season as I still believe they are over evaluated by the bookmaker. Here Valladolid are on a cracking home run and have not lost in 9. Beating Betis, Barce and Villarreal at home. Valencia were given the runaround on Thursday night in Switzerland also some come into this game weary and with poor confidence. Away form is poor too so everything points to a home victory.
