After a nice run, Valencia have not gotten good results in latest matches. Last three encounters against Athletic Bilbao, Real Sociedad and Villareal only resulted in one point, and especially the 4-1 loss in the derby against Villareal last weekend must hurt. Valencia are on 11th place, seven points below Villareal in 4th. At home they have 3-0-2. Almeria started the season in positive manner with good attacking football, but they have struggled in defence. Now they have started to struggle in offence also, and they have six points up to a place safe from relegation. Almeria are the only ones without a win so far this season, and they have 0-1-4 on away pitch.
Valencia will be very hungry for a revenge after the 4-1 loss last match, and I do not see how Almeria should take a point in this match. I bet Valencia 4/9 (1.44) with Ladbrokes.
