LAUSANNE – YOUNG BOYS: PREDICTIONS

Switzerland Super League reaches game week 2 and we have Lausanne hosting Young Boys at the Olympique de la Pontaise.

Lausanne returned to Super League last season after a stint in division 1.  Lausanne find themselves disputing favouritism with  Aurau to be relegated! Not a list anyone wants to be top of, Lausanne however started with a loss on gameday 1. Going down 2-0 away to Luzern in a game they struggled in. They go into the game with injuries to several squad members, most notably striker Matt Mousilou (most dangerous attacker) and influential Skipper Gabri.

Young Boys are one of the most successful sides in Switzerland but a lot of it was many years ago. They have not won a top title since 1986, However Young Boys of Berne go into this season 3^rd favourites for the title. They started well to with a nice 2-0 home win over Sion. Going into this game the visitors too have a few injury worries with striker Samuel Afum most notable.

LAUSANNE – YOUNG BOYS: BETTING TIPS

Plenty of injury worries for both sides here, although Lausanne hit harder than Young Boys for sure. Games in the early part of the season are always trappy affairs to try and get results. Both teams will be a bit cagier than normal, although both have had contrasting starts to the season.  Historically these teams are evenly matches and at home Lausanne have won 6 of their 10 meetings. In this game though it looks very one sided to me, I take Young Boys (2.00 Coral) to grab another win
