ANTALYASPOR – BESIKTAS: PREDICTIONS

Antalyaspor have had a desperate start ot the Super Lig, without a win in 5 matches.  They had to rely on extra time to beat 2 Lig side Korfez as they could only muster a 1-1 draw in regulation time. Antalyaspor have had 3 draws and 2 defeats this season, losing at Eskisihirspor while drawing to Gaziantepsor and Galatasaray away; losing at home to Bursaspor and drawing with Kayseri.                                    

Besiktas had a great start to the season under new coach Slaven Bilic, right up to last weekend. Four consecutive wins, beating  Trabzonspor, Kayseri, Bursaspor and Gaziantepspor. They faced huge rivals Galatasaray and gave them a hell of a game for almost the entire match. They unravalled at the end and conceded two goals to Didier Drogba and then literally all hell let loose and the crowd went beserk and ended the contest early. We still await the sanctions on this match and the chances are the final minutes will be played out or as is looking likely Gala will be awarded the win. Either way precious home support will be lost for a number of matches as punishment.

Besiktas should have few problems in match and an easy win is expected. A straight up win is fair value here as the hosts have looked dismal in all areas so far. The form line for Besiktas is packed with the same teams the home side have faced and defeated so should be no problem here.
