Mens Olympic Football - Brazil v Mexico
Brazil have a chance at the elusive gold medal but must face a team who are in great form. Mexico have looked very strong and have deserved their place in the final. It should be a good game with both teams capable of good, attacking football.

Tournament Form:
Brazil P5 W5 D0 L0 GF15 G5 - Top Scorers:Damiao 6, Neymar 3, Six others on 1.
Mexico P5 W3 D2 L0 GF10 GA3 - Top Scorers:Dos Santos 3, Peralta 2, five others on 1.
Team Analysis - Brazil continued their remarkable run in the games with another victory and another three goals scored. Damiao finished extremely well and Romulo added his name to the scoresheet with a nicely taken goal as Brazil battered South Korea without actually stretching themselves. This was one performance where they looked defensively sound but the Koreans only had a few half chances and in truth looked poor. Brazil are an extremely attacking side who have threat all over the pitch. They can change formation and shape but they continue to attack as players drift all over the pitch. Passing is perfect and movement is impossible for opposition to check. The one problem has been defensively they have conceded goals to poor teams. Mexico have had a solid tournament and have played well in each game so far. They have attacked well and apart from the Senegal match have been rarely troubled. They struggled against the imposing Africans and being a small side defensively they had problems with the high balls. Coming unstuck twice late in the game. They conceded against Japan early in the game but looked solid after and Japan rarely threatened. Attack is where Mexico are at there best. Dos Santos is the key man and links up well with Peralta. Fabian is a class player and a great finisher. Mexico like to stretch the play and the two full backs join in and overload the wide areas. They will have to be on top form against Brazil and I only hope they do attack and don't try to just defend.
Beetting Analysis - Brazil should have too much for Mexico but they have been priced up short. Indeed they are the same price as they were against South Korea who are a class below Mexico. 1.53 is the win in 90 minutes and is a bit short. On the Asian Handicaps Brazil -1 @2.02 looks the bet, giving a return of stakes if Brazil win by 1 goal and paying out on a win by 2 goals or more.
