Stoke would love a repeat of the last game of the season just gone. That 6-1 was unbelievable as they routed Liverpool and were extremely clinical. Mark Hughes is not resting on his laurels . They have crammed in a lot of signings with Johnson. Joselu, Afalley, Van Ginkel and El Ouriachi. However they have lost Begovic and Nzonzi so a class keeper has gone and will be hard to replace. Ryan Shawcross is the only real doubt. Liverpool have invested quiet heavily but have not really spent much as they managed to get Man City to pay £49 Million for Raheem Sterling. They have brought in Benteke, Clyne, Gomez,Firmino,Ings and Milner. That’s a quality half dozen players.  Gerrard has gone and Liverpool must forget him now.  Flanagan and Sturridge are out while Joe Allen is likely to miss here too. Last 6 games has seen 3 wins for Liverpool, 2 for Stoke and 1 draw. In 6 games there has been 21 goals for a high average of  3.50 goals per game.

I would be looking at Liverpool to take this one, however the 6-1 win last match really looms large in the form. Both sides have greatly improved their squads though.  Im taking the goals option here, I think there should be at least 1 for each and take Both Teams Score Yes.
