Oostende enjoyed on e of their best seasons last year with a ninth placed finish, before narrowly missing out on a European spot in the play-offs. The summer has brought plenty of additions on free transfers and loans, but they will do well to repeat last seasons effort. In their opening game of this season they lost 2-0 at Lierse, and have lost five of the last six games played against Anderlecht. Champions 33 times, and in the last three seasons in a row, Anderlecht began the new campaign with a comfortable 3-1 win, and they are again strong favourites to claim another title. Too good for most sides in this division by some way, this looks likely to be the case here.
