Newcastle face Wolves for the 2nd time this week at St James Park. No one including this writer so anything other than a Newcastle win at the weekend but Wolves played a blinding game to grab a fully deserved 2-0 win. Here for this one things will be different for the home side anyway. The likes of Daryl Murphy, Christian Atsu and a few others will play. Out for sure here will be Haidara, Aarons and Gamez. Wolves could field the same side that beat Toon here. If any changes are needed new signings Ola John and Silvio are ready.
Wolves have the template for success here and it was pretty similar to the one Huddersfield used in their victory. I am not over convinced that Newcastle need to progress here as the impact a cup run can have on a promotion chase could be large. I am going with Wolves +0.75 at 2,01 with Pinnacle.
