TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Barnsley’s terrible run of form continues, with no wins in ten games now and 6 of them defeats. However they gave a very good perfomance last time out with a fighting 2-2 awqy draw at high flying Leicester. The other good news is the return of top scorer Craig Davies. Barnsley have been scoring which was a problem for them, however they are conceding heavily and look in big trouble.Marcus Tudgay is class at this level and has found his feet at Barnsley with two goals in the last two games. Mido looks like he will be released after his signing proved to be a disaster. Jacob Mellis is looking 50/50 to start and will be a miss if he does not. No new injury worries for Barnsley.
Sheffield Wednesday continue to plummet down the table. With seven consecutive defeats to their name things look desperate. Last game was real three pointer at home to relegation rivals Bristol City. Wednesday gave it their all but they were simply not good enough. Its a worrying time for The Owls and Dave Jones is in trouble here. Winger Jermaine Johnson is sure to miss the game and Mamady Sidibe and Anthony Gardner are highly unlikely to be fit in time either.
