Middlesbrough are looking every inch like a Premiership side now and for me are the best side in the league. It’s unusual for any side in this division to put together a long unbeaten run and more so a run of wins. Boro have done this though with 9 games unbeaten and 8 of them won. They are top of the league with 52 points from 24 games and have played a game less than everyone else in the top half of the table. They rested players for the FA cup at the weekend and these all rejoin the squad. They are without Woodgate while Amorebieta is carrying a slight knock. Brentford are playing well and are in 10th with 36 points. Home form reads 6 wins, 2 draws and 4 losses. Recent form shows 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses. They are without Jota for this one.
Although Brentford are playing well they will have their work cutout against this superb Middlesbrough side. They have not conceded a goal in the league in 11 games!
