Bristol City are giving the fight for survival a real go but seem hampered by their early season problems. Consistency is a problem, they recently battered high flying Watford before succumbing to Blackburn. A loss to Leeds was followed by a thumping win over Ipswich. City are currently 21st and are five points off safety. With the games ticking by they cannot afford to drop further behind. New coach Sean O'Driscoll will have his men fired up as he hosts his old side, after being dumped by the Kuwaiti's he will be keen to take the three points here for sure. City have injuries to key men here too, Louis Carey, Cole Skuse, Ryan Taylor and Neil Kilkenny will all sit out.  Marvin Elliot was in a World Cup qualifier in Mexico on Thursday morning so its touch and go whether he can play any part.
Nottingham Forest will welcome old boy Billy Davies back to the managers hotseat for a second time. Its ironic his first game will be against fellow previous manager Sean O'Driscoll. The Alex McLeish experiment was doomed to failure from the off and was a costly one for the Middle Eastern owners. Forest are still in with an outside chance of promotion as they are only 6 points off sixth. With 10 wins, 11 draws and 9 losses they can do it with a concerted effort. Adlene Guedioura returns to the side after AFCON duty while Daniel Ayala has and outside chance of featuring.

Two teams who will be fired up by their respective managers for sure. For me though with the severe loss of personel for the home side Nottingham Forest are a good bet to take the three points. Billy Davies will get these underachievers into shape and I can see them flying up the table. Starting with a comfortable win here. 2.55 at Pinnacle is the price and this one looks to be sure to drop once the injury crisis becomes common knowledge.
