London derby to welcome QPR back to the Championship and it should be a good indicator for what will happen to The Hoops. With Charlie Austin and Leroy Fer thought to be on the way out QPR fans feared the worst. Neither has left yet so Austin in particular can wreak havoc against the lesser quality defences of Championship. Key men out for Charlton too with keeper Stephen Hendersen missing while more importantly Ivan Vetokele, top scorer for the Addicks last season with 11 goals misses out. With Joe Gomez gone to Liverpool they have moved to sign a few names but none that really stand out. QPR have added some depth to their already decent squad with James Perch, Ben Gladwin and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas all arriving. Only Barton, Taarabt, Zamora, McCarthy and Mutch have left.
Just don’t see QPR losing here at all. With Charlton weaker than normal and a huge drop in class for QPR we could see an easy away win here. Only negative is its game 1 so I play a little safe with draw no bet.
