My 2nd best bet of the day is at Craven Cottage as Fulham host Brentford. I know the home side haven’t been in the best of form this season – and Brentford are flying. They have some futher available men as Danny Guthrie joined on loan from Reading, and full-back Kostas Stafylidis is back from suspension. Fulham sit in 20th with 43 points and have a 8 point lead over Wigan in 3rd bottom. Home form for Fulham sees 8 wins, 3 draws and 8 losses. Recent form sees 2 wins, 1 draw and 3 losses. Brentford form has stalled somewhat with 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses. They sit in 7th with 66 points and are just 1 point off the last playoff spot. I think the odds on this are too big on the home side. I know their has been a big difference in quality between the two sides this year but Fulham can add four quality players to their side here today and that’s a big boost to them. Brentford have overachieved for sure and I can see this being very close indeed. We get paid on the Fulham win, a draw sees half a win and half stakes refunded.
