A tight game on paper here at Craven Cottage but all isn’t well at Fulham. They opened with a 1-1 draw away to Cardiff that they should of killed off early, They allowed Cardiff back into the game and nearly surrendered all three points. They have a few key absentees to deal with as Luke Garbutt, Skipper Scott Parker, George Williams, Fernando Amorebieta and Jack Grimmer. Ryan Tunnicliffe is back from suspension though. Brighton was solid in their opening day 1-0 win over Nottm Forest last Friday. They made 8 changes to the team for the midweek win at Southend in the cup. Bobby Zamora and Jack Harper, both brought into the team recently may both make bench starts here as they get to match fitness.
Fulham look a team to lay at the moment. Brighton was solid in all areas last week and never looked in any danger against Forest. Fulham are missing key men in all areas and for me Brighton are on the up. With one of my favourite managers (at this level anyway) Chris Hughton they should be favourites here.
